Description of problem: While running ansible openshift-glusterfs uninstall, OCS uninstall removes gluster related directories like- /etc/glusterfs/glusterd.vol /var/lib/glusterd As a result,it is causing openshift-glusterfs reinstall to fail due to these missing files and folder. Now if the user wants to reinstall the OCS on these nodes or lets say use these nodes as standalone gluster cluster, then they have to manually copy these files from some other nodes.Else the gluster setup fails AS part of OCS install, gluster packages are installed on all the nodes thereby creating these working directories which is needed for gluster cluster to work. Use of the uninstall playbook for external GlusterFS clusters is currently unsupported. That said, I've submitted a PR to try and address this, but I don't have the ability to test it right now. If you could go ahead and run it through its paces in 3.11 that would help move it along. https://github.com/openshift/openshift-ansible/pull/10724
The PR above is merged, why is this bug on POST? What's the next step?
This should already be fixed, closing.
