Description of problem:

FCoE attached disks showed as local disks in Installation Destination spoke.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attach an FCoE disk in GUI in Installation Destination spoke -> [Add a Disk] -> [Add FCoE SAN]

Actual results:

The disk is displayed among "Local Standard Disks" in Installation Destination spoke.

Expected results:

The disk should be displayed in "Specialized & Network Disks"
