Describe the issue: Due to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1626538 and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1627008, the proper repo should be ansible 2.5 instead 2.6

Suggestions for improvement: Add a note that if using openshift-ansible to provision openstack instances (as explained in https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/3.11/install_config/configuring_openstack.html), the ansible repo should be rhel-7-server-ansible-2.5-rpms instead.
