Description of problem:
During migration infrared task  Fetch ovn_migration log directory is failing.
as a result, we don't have the results of the connectivity test that we doing on resources that exist on the system before and after the migration.

Looks like the fix is in puddle=2019-06-17.2.

According to our records, this should be resolved by python-networking-ovn-5.0.2-0.20190430191338.e673daf.el7ost.  This build is available now.

I'm able to see ovn_migration directory in the fetched data from the job. Marking this as verified.
