The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

The xfs code in the RHEL8 kernel has been rebased to 4.19; while not strictly necessary, it would be good to have xfsprogs in sync as well, so that i.e. libxfs/ code matches.

There have also been several bugfixes in 4.19 as well as at least one regression fix.  There are 3 or so open RHEL8 bugs that will also be fixed by a rebase.
