Description of problem:
clang6.0-devel-6.0.1-6.fc29 cannot be installed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
clang6.0-devel-6.0.1-6.fc29

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install clang6.0-devel-6.0.1-6.fc29.i686

Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides clang6.0(x86-32) = 6.0.1-6.fc29 needed by clang6.0-devel-6.0.1-6.fc29.i686
  - nothing provides clang6.0-tools-extra(x86-32) = 6.0.1-6.fc29 needed by clang6.0-devel-6.0.1-6.fc29.i686

Expected results:
The package should install.

Same on Fedora 29 x86_64:

With enabled updates-testing this does not work either.

This problem blocks proper fix for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1655852

This should be fixed in rawhide by clang6.0-6.0.1-7.fc30.
