Description of problem: Trying to import new dashboards from "https://grafana.com/dashboards" to OC grafana which is installed as a part of OC installation - the follwoing parameters are from the oc inventory file that are related to Prometheus installation:

There is no "import" button on the grafana GUI,

In 3.11 Grafana is entirely read only, it cannot be configured beyond what is already there. This is so we can have guarantees on upgrades for customers. We already have an RFE filed to enable customers to add custom configuration to their Grafana instances, but for 3.11 this is not possible.
