Description of problem:
In the past, we had several bugzillas related to the inconsistency between 'cinder quota-usage' and 'cinder list'.

Those bugzillas don't have a concrete fix yet.
On the other hand, we have several customers whose environments hit this issue.
And we should have a cleanup script to prevent thee future support cases on the same topic.

In the addition, the issue is widely recognized because CERN has a following script.

How reproducible:
Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
There is no specific reproducing procedure.

Actual results:
There is no cleanup script.

Expected results:
We have a generalized clean up script.

The main thing to note is that CERN has already written a script, and so the question is whether Red Hat CEE/GSS could adopt its use, and contribute fixes and features as any other upstream project. We're really not expecting to make cinder changes for OSP-10, but I'll leave the BZ component as is for now.

My suggestion is for the cinder squad to review CERN's script, and if it looks reasonable then pass the BZ onto CEE/GSS. They will be the ones to judge whether they want to support the script's use at customer sites.
