.`_Request Queue Length_` displays an incorrect value In the `_Ceph RGW Workload_` dashboard, the `_Request Queue Length_` parameter always displays `0` even when running Ceph Object Gateways I/Os from different clients. There is no workaround at this time.

Description of problem:
In "Ceph RGW Workload" dashboard ,"Request Queue Length" parameter is always "0" when running rgw ios from different clients.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install ceph cluster
2.Install ceph-metrics
3.Crete buckets from different clients & put objects in buckets.Access already created buckets from different clients & put objects in those buckets

Actual results:
"Request Queue Length" field is "0"

Expected results:
"Request Queue Length" should show value greater than 0

In any case, let's look at this for 5.0 and if needed, backport. No point in moving it along z-streams.
