In Queens when using instack-undercloud consumers of multi-arch clouds could add additional_architecture=ppc64le to undercloud.conf to enable configuratiosn required for alternate architectures.

Sine the switch away from instack-undercloud this option isn't valid and results in silently ignoring this option.
