Description of problem: The deployment of OSP 14 with Ceph 3.2 is failing with the error: "[ERROR]: The python-notario library is missing. Please install it on the node", "you are running ceph-ansible to continue.", "The python-notario library is missing. Please install it on the node you are running ceph-ansible to continue." The source is a new dependency of Ceph-ansible 3.2 for python2-notario rpm. The mistral-executor container that runs ceph-ansible doesn't have this RPM installed. (even if the docker host has it) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Docker images tag 2018-11-26.1 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. install ceph-ansible 3.2 on the undercloud 2.
