Description of problem:
The ASB image in v3.11.43-2 is not right
# docker run --entrypoint=asbd registry...../ose-ansible-service-broker:v3.11.43-2 --version
1.4.1

it should use version '1.3.20' release package.

v3.11.43-2

I find this issue has been fixed in the latest errata: 
asb image is right
docker run --entrypoint=asbd .../openshift3/ose-ansible-service-broker:v3.11.59-2 --version
1.3.21

So change the bug to ON_QA.

According to #comment4, image in tag v3.11.59-2 is correct. Move to Verified.
