Description of problem:

After upgrade to kernel 4.19.X DRI_PRIME=1 stopped working

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run "DRI_PRIME=1 glxinfo"

Actual results:

Info with integrated GPU is printed

Expected results:

Info with discrete GPU should be printed

Additional info:

I am using ntb with discrete Radeon R5 M240. It was working with previous kernel versions. Now I am back to kernel 4.16.11 which can be installed from repository (along with actual 4.19.5) and discrete GPU is working there.

It is working again on 4.19.7
