.Some links on the _Ceph - At Glance_ page do not work after installing `ceph-metrics` After installing `ceph-metrics`, some of the panel links on the _Ceph - At Glance_ page in the Ceph Dashboard do not work. To work around this issue, clear the browser cache and reload the Ceph Dashboard site.

'go to :' link on 'ceph pool' , 'ceph cluster' , 'ceph osd host performance' , 'ceph health' panels are not working in "Ceph - At Glance" page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Bring up the cluster
2.Install the ceph-metrics

Actual results:
'go to :' link on 'ceph pool' , 'ceph cluster' , 'ceph osd host performance' , 'ceph health' panels are not working

Expected results:
'go to :' link on 'ceph pool' , 'ceph cluster' , 'ceph osd host performance' , 'ceph health' panels should be working
