Description of problem:
As there's no rpm package for python-openshift , which is needed by kuryr tempest plugin in order to perform openshift testing, we're totally capped in terms of adding new tests to rpm/puddles.
As of now, *all* new builds coming from DLRN are capped to , which means that no newer test will ever land at some point into a new build.
Fetch any rpm from https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos7-master/report.html and kuryr-test-tempest will be capped at 22a7a3b09d7f1d3b92492377b00cfe8a51151778
For python-openshift to be available as an rpm and the builds uncapped.
It seems that generating the rpm was kinda tricky in terms of dependencies, as there were some issues with GoogleAuth and a few more packages.
These are available now:
python3-kubernetes.noarch 8.0.0-8.fc29 updates
python3-openshift.noarch 1:0.8.4-3.fc29 updates
