Description of problem: We support production OVN environments since RHOSP 13. Our consultants are actively selling OVN, but neutron+OVN does not fully support IPv6. Please check details below. OVN routers doesn't support GUA address space for tenant networks in a way that pure neutron does: - OVN router doesn't proxy IPv6 neighbour discovery process - OVN router doesn't route IPv6 packets from tenant networks to external gateway (looks like it doesn't have default route towards external gateway). As a result, it is only possible to use IPv6 tenant networks for local flows inside OpenStack infrastructure: they will not be visible to the Internets. I would like to use this bug to ask for clarifications from engineering about the way we should configure IPv6 in OVN environments (looks like shared external networks are the only possible option) and to ask for documentation improvements. I kindly ask you to provide recommendations for IPv6 + OVN environments, that could be translated to customer, since this issue is quite critical. After this you can reduce the severity.
