Description of problem:

Fresh upgraded F27 -> F28 :

missed glib-langpack-de on upgrade and , as it looks, like several other langpacks. Check Screenshot.

Have you tried to install them manually?

Is then everything correctly displayed?

glibc-langpack-de got installed manually, but no other pack, as none specific is available.

glic-langpack-de fixed bash complains about the timeinformations.

TODAY the text in that menu is entirely in german, so something fixed it.
