Since the change in referenced bugreport has been approved, it's the time to make changes.

* Rename gpg2 binary to gpg (and for other binaries) -- by --enable-gpg2-as-gpg I think
* Add compatibility symlinks for binaries and manpages
* Add Provides for gpg and gnupg (do not add obsoletes)
