Description of problem:
After upgrading from 4.2.7 to 4.2.8 and poweringoff the engine-vm and then starting it over again, getting the engine stuck on "subsystemd1 Failed to load SElinux policy".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-hosted-engine-ha-2.2.19-1.el7ev.noarch
ovirt-hosted-engine-setup-2.2.32-1.el7ev.noarch
rhvm-appliance-4.2-20181026.1.el7.noarch
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.6 (Maipo)
Linux 3.10.0-957.1.3.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Nov 15 17:36:42 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

How reproducible:
sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy HE from 4.2.7 latest rhvm-appliance-4.2-20181026.1.el7.noarch
over NFS on one 4.2.8 latest host.
2.Add additional data storage domain.
3.Set environment from UI in to maintenance.
4.Update the engine VM to latest 4.2.8 bits.
5.engine-setup to make an upgrade to 4.2.8.
6.After successful upgrade, from ha-host send "hosted-engine --vm-poweroff".
7.Start HE-VM using "hosted-engine --vm-start".

Actual results:
Engine VM is getting started, but stuck on "subsystemd1 Failed to load SElinux policy".

Expected results:

> Nikolai can you reproduce on 4.3 too?

Due to lack of resources I can't support you with the reproduction.

Comment 5 Sandro Bonazzola 2019-01-21 08:28:25 UTC
re-targeting to 4.3.1 since this BZ has not been proposed as blocker for 4.3.0.
If you think this bug should block 4.3.0 please re-target and set blocker flag.

Comment 7 Sandro Bonazzola 2019-02-05 12:37:16 UTC
Can't reproduce with RHV 4.3 beta content. If you can reproduce please provide steps for reproducing.
