Description of problem: collectd is crashing whenever a virtual machine is turned off. customer is not using OpenStack. Expected result is that collectd shouldn't crash during the shutdown.
Steps: 1) Have a VM with collectd installed from RHV 2) Start and enable collectd service 3) Shutdown VM, wait until VM is down, then run the VM 4) Check if collectd is up and running and there are no errors in the log Results: Collectd service is up and running, no errors or crashes in the log Tested this with the Hosted Engine VM scenario as well with the same result. Tested with: collectd-5.8.1-2.el7.x86_64
