Description of problem: Pods deployment are continuously failing with 

$ oc logs app-7-deploy
error: couldn't get deployment app-7: Get https://172.30.0.1:443/api/v1/namespaces/default/replicationcontrollers/app-7: dial tcp 172.30.0.1:443: i/o timeout

Restarting atomic-openshift-node and docker services are not helping

Hosts:    hostname
     Play:     Poll for hosted pod deployments
     Task:     Poll for OpenShift pod deployment success
     Message:  All items completed

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade to 3.9.51-1
2. Manually start to deploy. it again fails with error when trying to reach kubernetes service
3.

Actual results: Pod deployment fails with i/o timeout


Expected results: Should suceed without any issue

Problem is related to Calico misconfiguration and not related to the installer.
