Description of problem: I just tried to create machines in https://softserve.gluster.org/ but after 30 minutes also, I can't see any machines under active machines list. Restarted the celery service and that fixed it up. My guess is that a network issue caused the postgres connection to be lost and it didn't try to reconnect.
