I just clicked a link from an bugzilla email in my mail-client without having a bugzilla session active, then the following happened: 1) The bug opened but I could not comment, so I clicked on the login link which is at the bottom where you would normally comment. 2) This took me to a new page, where I had to clock on the "RH associates" link 3) After this I got logged in and ended up on the bugzilla homepage, I had to go back 2 steps in my browser-history + do a reload to be able to finally add a comment to the bug, As I see it there are 2 things which could be improved here: 1) Bugzilla should remember (set a cookie) that I use the "RH associates" method of logging in and do this automatically 2) Bugzilla should remember which page I came from when logging in and automatically return here
The "remember my SSO choice" part will be handled in the cloned bug.
I can't duplicate this. I logged out, clicked on link to this bug in email, logged in using SSO, I was returned to this page. Tested using FireFox 64, Safari 12, and Chromium 71. Rony can you try and duplicate this please?
Reproduced - it works when you use the top right login button, but not when you use one put in the page itself.
OK, I am blind, this is easy to dupe, you use the link at the bottom of the page as described, not the link on the top right. The workaround is to use the link at the top right :)
