Description of problem:
Try to do a tabular report with advanced search. When clicking on "(" getting the following trace in the web console and nothing happens:

custom-search.js:296 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'innerHTML' of null
    at _cs_remove_and_g (custom-search.js:296)
    at custom_search_open_paren (custom-search.js:66)
    at HTMLButtonElement.onclick (VM90 query.cgi:1)
