Personal reminder:
implement CPUSchedulingPolicy=idle in BOINC client systemd unit.
Then fill an upstream pull request.
This is strictly related to https://github.com/BOINC/boinc/pull/1878

To check BOINC client systemd unit simply run
# systemctl edit --full boinc-client
