Not available LUN with FC-target when running on kernel 4.19.x. Boot with kernel 4.18.x restores access to the LUN.

How reproducible:
Connect to the PC storage by FC and boot Fedora 29 x86_64 with any kernel 4.19.x.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to the PC storage by FC and boot.
2. echo "1" > /sys/class/fc_host/host10/issue_lip
   (host10 - my FC-card)

Not sure what's the policy here about "+1", but I have the same issue on CentOS 7.6.1810, 4.19.11-1.el7.elrepo (kernel-ml).

Upgrading to the latest available firmware version of the FC adapter helped solve the problem.

@Fomalhaut What firmware version you upgraded?
I have QLE2462 FW:v8.03.02 and is not working, with exactly the same error.
If you have a newer version what is it and where did you find it from?

On the Qlogic site the latest firmware seems to be 8.00d:

This is not firmware. The latest firmware version I found is 3.29.
I can send my boot image of FreeDOS with this version integrated and the flasher. Send the address where to send.
