Description of problem:
Steps to minor update OSP + ODL are slightly different. These need to be documented for the users.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OSP14 + ODL

Before updating overcloud, pull in latest opendaylight container images by doing below steps:

1. Change neutron_driver to 'odl' in containers-prepare-parameter.yaml
2. Upload the new container images from the latest puddle by running
openstack overcloud external-update run --tags container_image_prepare

and then continue with the normal overlcoud update steps.

As per depreciation notice [1], closing this bug. Please reopen if relevant for RHOSP13, as this is the only version shipping ODL.
