Description of problem:

PROPOSAL
- Change background color to brand gray (#374249)
- Change dropdown arrows to white (#FFFFFF)
- Change cards background to white (#FFFFFF)
- Height spacing, icons, etc. all remain the same

Note: Mockup has been attached. This mockup does not include all the icons (common utilities on the top)
