This release introduces two diagnostics features in Heketi: * The new command `heketi-cli db check` and its offline server variant `heketi db check` to check the consistency of heketi's database. *The new command `heketi-cli server state examine gluster` and its server counterpart `heketi offline state examine gluster` compares data from Gluster with that in heketi's database to detect out-of-sync situations.

Description of problem:
RFE 1641680 has introduced two commands for diagnosis of heketi state. We need to document the same in Admin guide.

Hello Anjana,

   I see that the above changes are not going into the document based on comment 15 and i feel that verification of kcs article is an async task outside of release. So not acking the bug here for 3.11.3. Please let me know if you think otherwise.

Hi Kasturi,

I agree this is a KCS article, but this bug was addressed for 3.11.2 but was not tracked. Hence to ensure this bug is resolved I have attached it to the tracker.
