I managed to installed the package on the disc.
Two months on, is this package trojaned, or does it just have the wrong key?
You need to import RPM-GPG-KEY as well, it's in the main directory of your Fedora tree or you can download it from http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/4/i386/os/
