The user is not a consumer of the Quota assigned to the resource.] Expected results: vm will be created Additional info: could we do something also with fact, that once you are enforcing more than 1 quota, you have to have template for each quota? Quota is rarely used, it’s a pending gap in functionality (Originally by michal.skrivanek)
Non admin user is consumer on quota (also tested on other than Default) and can create VM from blank template. verified in ovirt-web-ui-1.4.5-1.el7ev.noarch with ovirt-engine-4.2.8.2-0.1.el7ev.noarch
