Previously, certain functionality with VMAX All Flash arrays failed after PowerMaxOS version 5978 dropped workload support. The Cinder driver code has been updated to ignore defined workload settings and log a warning when connected VMAX All Flash arrays with PowerMaxOS 5978 or higher.

@Rajini, it's too late for inclusion in 14ga, but will most certainly be included in 14z1.

Set OtherQA don't have access to vmax system to verify this.
