There's discussion upstream whether libhandy should be a public library or bundled, let's see how this ends before putting it in rawhide.

I went ahead and requested the repo.

We can later switch to using the bundled versions if the shared library approach doesn't seem to work well; but let's get it in for now so that we can keep gnome-control-center/gnome-contacts/epiphany up to date. Bundling in all 3 is currently fairly broken and needs a bit of work.
