Description of problem:
Currently in 3.1 when upgrading to 3.2 and running rolling_update.yml there is no RGW multisite configuration that takes place with the ansible playbook. Need to review ceph ansible 3.2 rgw multisite section for future upgrades from 3.2 to 3.2y -> and future releases.
