Description of problem:

When using gnutls in FIPS mode, gnutls is reporting error in self-checks:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable FIPS mode:
   # fips-mode-setup --enable && reboot
2. Execute any gnutls application:
   # gnutls-cli-debug

Actual results:

Additional info:

Looking at the output of strace it looks like gnutls is trying to verify hmac of libgnutls.so.28, but package itself provides libgnutls.so.30.
