Description of problem:

User tools of VDO need a way to tell what table line to create and the value shouldn't change until the table line does.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run dmsetup targets
2. Look at version number (should be 6.2.0)
3. Upgrade to 8.1 and make sure the version is the same.

Actual results:

dmsetup targets shows same version until the table line changes

Testing with kmod-kvdo-6.2.1.48-51.el8.x86_64 shows correctly v.6.2.0:
# dmsetup targets
vdo              v6.2.0
striped          v1.6.0
linear           v1.4.0
error            v1.5.0

BZ 1643291 introduced change that required this version to be bumped because userspace tool needs to handle the target differently. So now (kmod-kvdo-6.2.1.134-56.el8.x86_64) the version is correctly on v6.2.1:

vdo              v6.2.1
striped          v1.6.0
linear           v1.4.0
error            v1.5.0
