This can probably be done from cockpit (and ovirt-cockpit-sso will allow logins). Moving to infra in case this isn't a workable solution, to see if we can generate an ansible task to do this

As mentioned above watchdog configuration option can be used to get VM memory dump. We have extended the documentation around watchdog:

But adding capability to execute virsh dump from UI doesn't make much sense and it requires quite a lot of effort
