Description of problem:
Able to create direct LUN from already used LUN (by storage domain) without selecting 'approve operation' flag

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a storage domain with LUN-123
2. Select to create direct LUN using LUN-123


Actual results:
Manage to create direct LUN without selecting the 'approve operation' flag

Expected results:
direct LUN creation should be blocked without selecting the 'approve operation' flag

This bug is in modified state and targeting 4.4.2. Can we re-target this to 4.4.0 and move to QA?

verified on 4.4.0-0.29.master.el8ev

Current behavior is forcing the user to check the checkbox by painting it with red square when clicking 'ok' despite the warning.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.0 release, published on May 20th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.4.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
