Description of problem:
The test - test_multi_prefix_dhcpv6_stateless fails with the  below traceback:

I can confirm that in sosreports there are exactly same errors (radvd crash) like described in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1630167 so this is the same issue.
Upstream bug is reported already: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1813279

I proposed patch in U/S neutron: https://review.openstack.org/633236
I'm also testing it in my dev environment. So far it passed tests 8 times which is good :)
