Description of problem:
manpage of ovirt-log-collector show wrong path to configuration file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. man ovirt-log-collector

3.

Actual results:
       --config-file=PATH

              Path to the configuration file (default=/etc/engine/logcollector.conf).


Expected results:
       --config-file=PATH

              Path to the configuration file (default=/etc/ovirt-engine/logcollector.conf).

Tested in: ovirt-log-collector-4.3.0-1.el7ev.noarch, ovirt-engine-4.3.0-0.8.rc2.el7.noarch

It is available in the build: ovirt-log-collector-4.3.1-1.el7ev.noarch

Steps:
1. man ovirt-log-collector

Result:
--config-file=PATH

              Path to the configuration file (default=/etc/ovirt-engine/logcollector.conf).

Verified in: ovirt-log-collector-4.3.1-1.el7ev.noarch, ovirt-engine-4.3.1.1-0.1.el7.noarch
