+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1667011 +++

We should document how to use the special overcloud-minimal image for those Director roles which do not need to host any OpenStack service, for example the CephStorage role.

Nodes which don't need to host OpenStack services can use the overcloud-minimal image so that they do not consume up an OpenStack entitlement.

All roles use by default the overcloud-full image but, for those roles which should use the overcloud-minimal image instead, operators can customize the image name to use via Heat environment file.

The Heat parameter to use is built appending the "Image" suffix to the role name; for example, for the CephStorage role, the environment file would look like this:

parameter_defaults:
  CephStorageImage: overcloud-minimal
