Description of problem:

When Satellite 5.8 is configured to access the internet through an HTTP proxy, registering clients of the Satellite to Insights fails consistently.

insights-client-3.0.3-9.el7_5.noarch

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure Satellite 5.8 behind an HTTP proxy server
2. Run `insights-client --register` on a Satellite 5.8 client

Actual results:
Satellite 5.8 client fails to register to Insights

Expected results:
Satellite 5.8 client is able to register to Insights
