I have successfully built version 3.0.0b1 for rawhide: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=32192530
Something weird is going on with this update in koschei: https://apps.fedoraproject.org/koschei/package/python-nbformat?collection=f30
Ah, I know what's going on. The errror is actually in the pyrsistent package, where somehow the dependency generator didn't work right for the last build, and so the python3dist(pyrsistent) Provides are missing from that build. In a related note, I've submitted a PR against pyrsistent to update it to the latest version and re-enable the test suite, and that build (should it get merged and submitted) should contain the fixed Provides (at least it works in local builds).
After asking the pyrsistent maintainer for permission, I've pushed an updated build of python-pyrsistent to rawhide, which should fix the dependency issues: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1181757 If there's anything else, just ping me.
