As mentioned in BZ1668575 and BZ1668576 RHV 4.2.8 and 4.3 requires new jb-eap-7.2-for-rhel-7-server-rpms channel to be able to install EAP 7.2, so we need to update ovirt.repositories role to utilize this channel

Moving to 4.3 only as in 4.2 we can still rely on jb-eap-7-for-rhel-7-server-rpms channel
