This issue has not been reproduced from last couple of releases, The instance migrated to the destination and migration completed successfully. Closing this BZ as the issue has been fixed.

The last available image on customer portal (rhosp-v2v-appliance-14.0-20190826.1.x86_64.qcow2) contains the fix.
