Description of problem: This rfe requires adding collectd-rabbitmq-monitoring: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1290256 collectd-rabbitmq-monitoring was reviewed in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1643497 and the dependency python-pyrabbit2 was reviewed in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1657147 Both were added to centos-opstools
