Description of problem:

* Log Collector don't include sosreport of the Manager

* sosreport of the manager can be generated manually without issues using sosreport. 

* There is plenty of space in /tmp.

* Also, log collector command includes all the hypervisors sosreports, except the manager sosreport.

Allways in customer enviroment

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Execute:

# ovirt-log-collector --no-hypervisors

OR 

# ovirt-log-collector 

Actual results:

No Manager sosreport attached in the Log collector compressed file

Expected results:

Log Collector file with Manager sosreport included in the compressed file.
