Description of problem:

Snapshots are not being populated in the CloudForms Web UI when performing Snapshots from OpenStack.  I have created snapshots for 2 different instances.  1 of the instances belongs in the 'cfme' project and the other belongs in the 'admin' project.  Both snapshots are created successfully, and can be seen from the OpenStack UI.  However, the instance summary screen from CloudForms never shows any snapshots populated.  I have tested this in VMware and snapshots are populated correctly.

Additionally, this may be another bug, if I perform a Smartstate Analysis on an instance from CloudForms, the snapshot is created on OpenStack, but is never removed.  CloudForms will populate the Snapshot value in the instance summary screen as '1' temporarily, but changes to '0', which is what I expect to happen.  But I'm confused why the snapshot hangs around in OpenStack.  I have tested this with VMware as well.  WHen we do an SSA on VMware, we create the snapshot then remove it shortly after.  Please let me know if I need to open another bug for this issue.
