Description of problem:
[UI] - IPv6 subnet - Validate input and create IPv6 subnet.

As part of the new RFE suggested in BZ 1434435 i would like to request to adjust the UI part for the IPv6 subnets.

Currently the IPv6 subnets are not working in UI, any input is acceptable in the CIDR field and no subnet entity is created in the DC. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.3.0-0.8.rc2.el7

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create OVN network with IPV6 subnet in the UI, in the CIDR field enter any input you want. 
2. Create OVN network with IPV6 subnet in the UI, in the CIDR field enter a valid IPV6 CIDR

Actual results:
1. All input is valid. NO subnet is created
2. No subnet was created

Expected results:
Validate IPV6 CIDR and create subnet entities

Please note that this will be fixed in the second build of ovirt-engine-4.3.2, because the changes missed the first build by a few minutes.

Then this should be moved back to MODIFED

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.3.2 release, published on March 19th 2019.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.3.2 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
