vdsm log entry

Description of problem:
Engine silently drops state if resuming fails and starts up selected vm again (but loosed state)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
vdsm-4.20.46

Actual results:
A suspended vm fails to resume (for some reason), so engine drops the saved state and powers up the vm instead.

Expected results:
Engine reports an error, so user could decide how to handle this situation (e.g. try again or force clean start).
